To help you beat the odds this year, join Maintain Don’t Gain, an eight week program that can help you stay focused on healthy eating and active living so you can keep off the extra pounds.
From mid-November to early January, you’ll receive eight weekly emails that will include challenges, tips, and resources to help you maintain your weight. You can also put your commitment in writing by signing a pledge with your co-workers.

This online program will help you examine what's affecting your overall health—from how often you exercise to what you eat in the morning. After answering some questions about your overall health, you will receive a customized action plan to help you succeed in making healthier lifestyle choices. You will also receive follow-up e-mails to monitor your progress. *
